1.Applicants: Current residing master or doctor students

2.Application Periods: from 9:00a.m. January 6(Tue) to 4:00p.m. January 8(Thu) 2015

3.Application Procedures: Online Application. Login in to the system, select the empty beds or exchange beds with other applicants. Your replacement succeed once you get the confirmation

4.Precautions:

(1)Once you make the room replacement, the information will be updated in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2015, and the original room will be available for others.

(2)For twin rooms, please make sure that your bed number matches with the system. ※ Bed number 1 indicates the right or lower bed while number 2 indicates the left or upper bed.

(3)After confirmation, please print the「Application Form For Room Transfer」
a.The *upper part* of the form should be submitted to the office of Student Housing Service Section by 4:00p.m. January 15(Thu) 2015 for records.
b.Please keep the *lower part* of the form and submit it to the service desk of the new dormitory when moving into the new room.

(4)Time for moving to the new room: After submitting your upper part of application form to the office of Student Housing Service Section, please coordinate time for movement with each other. Please complete your movement by 5:00p.m. January 31 (Sat) 2015.

※Rooms are not available by the Jhuang Jing Residential Hall 9 in summer vocation 2015 due to paint renewal project. The last accommodation date is June 30, 2015. Please co-operate and move out on or before June 30, 2015.
